Hi,
I have made numerous attempts over the last couple of days to renew my subscription that expires in 3 days. I keep getting an authorisation failed message. I have tried 2 different cards so I do not understand why the payment won't go through.
My renewal did not go through automatically because the card that was set up had expired.
