Try downloading the AVG installer from the official website and see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes the original installer may get corrupted during the download process bitlife and a fresh download could fix the problem.
i have multiple users for my avg internet security, ive got a new laptop with windows 11 have tried to set it up it will let me download the file but when i click it to open th eback avg screen comes up but the setup bar doesnt move - i then get a message saying
AVG ANTIVIRUS INSTALLER
we are sorry but there seems to be a problem connecting to AVG servers, check your internet and run the installer again -
I have done this - many times and it wont work? what do i do as i cant have my new laptop with no internet security
