AVG Internet Security will not allow private network access

Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We understand that that you are not able to connect to network only on one machine. 
We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Please do follow the steps below: 
Open AVG Internet Security and click the Web & Email tile on the main application screen.
Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Basic protection ▸ Enhanced Firewall in the left panel.
Click on allow internet Sharing.
Please do try it and let us know, if it works for you.

AVG Internet Security will not allow private network access. It will not allow me to change it to "I Trust This Network" This only happens on one machine in the network which was a clean install. No explanation as to why I cannot choose this option and this has never happened before.

I have uninstalled and re-installed and it is still the same issue.
