Please restart "Remote Desktop Service" from your computer and check if that fix the issue.
* Click Start, click in the Start Search box, type services.msc, and then press ENTER.
* You can see list of services open, search for ""Remote Desktop Service" service.
* Right-click on this service and then click Properties.
* On the General tab, in Startup type , click Automatic if selected in Manual, Disabled or Automatic (Delayed Start).
Restart your computer and check if that fix the issue.
AVG Internet Security will not open from the hidden icon next to the clock in Windows 10, or any other icons - desktop or Taskbar
