AVG Internet Security Window Faceplate opening Automatically after windows start up

Hi,

Following an AVG internet security update, every time I start my PC the AVG Internet Security Window faceplate pops up after  awhile and did not do so before.  I find this annoying and have to close this each and every time.  If I want to alter my protections or make exceptions I will open AVG manually.  I do not wish this to be opened automatically for me a few minutes after start up.  Is there anyway this could be stopped without stopping AVG from working in the background like it used to do?

Let me guide you to disable the AVG program from the startup.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Startup. Disable the AVG Application from the list then check for the issue again.

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, we are not sure what is the exact pop-up you receive. Could you please share us the screenshot of the same? so, we can check and help you further in stopping this pop-up.

Your reply I think pertians to an Apple based system so not relevant. 

My query concerns a PC Windows system which I have eluded to in my original question.  Moreover I do not wish to disable AVG.  Its the windows AVG faceplate pop up a short while after start up I do not wish to see.  I want to see it when I need to se it or make chnages manually.
