I am trying to trouble shoot windows 11 ignoring power and screen timeout settings. It used to work, but now ignores all settings. timeout often and goes to sleep in the middle of tapping and typing.
In my diagnosis, I found that Windows Defender has 2 applications running in the background. from my experience in Windows 7 with AVG, I recall that Defender is shutdown permanently upon installing AVG AV. Is this new for Win 11 or is this a problem to be fixed?
