2) Run the downloaded tool.
3) Click Accept to confirm the license agreement, and then click Continue.

Fails to install on several Windows 10 machines

0xC0070643 event exec_finished

Tried usual things of reboot, AVG removal tool, BFE Fix etc etc
  1. Once the screen Output created is shown, fill in any additional details, or click Attach if you want to attach any additional files, such as screenshots.
    5) Click Send, fill in your email address, and then click Send again.
    6) We will analyze the received files and provide you with further information.

    Once the file is sent it will be analyzed by our level two technical team and they will communicate to you only via email. Please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox. Thank you.

no previous versions of AVG installed and also no conflicting av programs installed

p.s. I work in IT so know what I am doing and am also an AVG reseller
