Could you please let us know from when you started facing this issue? (a day/week) What makes you think that Avast is causing this issue? How does it manifest exactly? Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows safe files are quarantined? How do you confirm those files are safe?

Good morning all.
I've got a subscription to AVG Ultimate which is usually amazing but I can't get the virus part of it to start up since yesterday!
I've tried updateing it, I've used the Windows 10 control panel to try and fix it and I've tried redownloading it this morning but nothing has worked!
All my other subscriptions are fine, it's just the anti-virus that I'm having issues with. Can anyone help me pretty please?

Thank you Aarthy, but I can't even open AVG let alone take screenshots of what's in my quarantine! It was fine on Sunday but when I tried to open it several times yesterday and several time again this morning I get the busy icon for a couple of seconds then nothing!
Thank you Dinesh, but like I said to Aarthy and also in my original message, AVG won't open so I can't take any screenshots or snapshots of the interface because nothing comes up when I try to open AVG and hasn't done since Sunday.
