I have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and you should be able to resolve your issue.

With regard to your last e-mail (30/11/17). On opening the free avg free dashboard it does display my e-mail address and menu but not about subscription. Is there any other way I can log into?.
