uninstall and re-install fails each time error 0xC0070643. Event exec_finished.
Now have no protection at all.
running XP service pack 3.
Any ideas before I cancel licence and find another product that works

And then install AVG Internet security using below link
http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_742.exe
And see if you are getting active firewall and Identity.

Have re-install Internet security 2015 4 time to try and get firewall and identity installed. all fail.
