Well, I do not beiive it is about luck.. But your messages at the end of Smart Scan indicates it. And I think that message is odd, almost outright stupid..
When running Smart Scan, at the end I frequently get the message (in Swedish) saying "No Virus found. What a lucky guy you are!" I WOULD like a representative from AVG to comment on the suitability of that message. I THOUGHT I stayed virusfree by subscribing to AVG products. But if it is due to LUCK, then apparently I can save some money by cancelleing? ;O)
Hello Bjorn,
Thank you for reaching AVG Support Community.
We're glad to look into this and help you.
I realize that your PC is protected by AVG and no malware is found on your computer and you think it is because of luck.
I'd like to clarify this to you, AVG Internet Security is a comprehensive security application that blocks viruses, spyware, and other malicious threats. Additionally, it protects you and your data against dangerous fake websites, ransomware, and hackers while you are online. Since it is protecting your computer in real-time, it will not allow malware to your computer.
Thank you for your understanding.
Bjorn, it is not required to attach the screenshot. Your comments are more valuable to us. Also, we will inform this to our respective team for further consideration.
Thank you,
Have a great day!
