AVG Internet security

That’s certainly not how we want your AVG to work. Have you updated your AVG program recently or reinstall it? Have you tried restart your computer?

Also, let me know if you have installed any other Antivirus program on your PC.

Let me know your Windows Operating system.

On the AVG Internet Security interface it shows a warning in red that I am not protected from hacker attack.
When I click on menu-settings-components- and go to enhanced firewall it indicates the component is already active. Do I ignore the warning on the interface?

I uninstalled my AVG Internet Security and then reinstalled it. The hacker warning now appears to be resolved. I updated my AVG Internet Security and then scanned my computor. It indicated nothing detected. Finally I entered my Licence Number. Thanks for your help.
Another issue is when inspecting my AVG Account page the my product page only indicates my AVG Secure VPN. My AVG Tune-up and my AVG Internet Security only appear on my order page. Should they not now appear on my account page as they were renewed in the last couple of months.
My operating system is Windows 7 Premium. No I have not installed any other anti-virus software.
