I bought this product on 2015-11-05, license number given beginning "I" ending "3". I have tried activating with my new license number to no effect, then downloading & installing many times since, but nothing has worked. The last email I had on 19th November said I just needed to activate my license, but on clicking on "Support" or "Options", "Reactivate" did not appear anywhere. I was not on "Zen".
When I tried to re-install, a message came up that there was a product already on my computer that was incompatible with the new one so it could not be installed.  Please advise what I am to do or install it for me before 7th December as I am 87 and obviously stupid.
