I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Internet Security activation. Please open AVG Internet Security > menu > about > subscription > enter license number (if you see your email address, then please click logout at first, after that you will be able to see enter license number option).

I have a subscription to AVG Internet Security. I downloaded the latest version via mail,but then I could not enter the access key anywhere. Now I get notified that my Internet Security has expired and when I press "renew" I come to the website where I can buy a version butI have already paid via credit card.

Please share a screenshot of your AVG User Interface to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
