I have a subscription to AVG Internet Security. I downloaded the latest version via mail,but then I could not enter the access key anywhere. Now I get notified that my Internet Security has expired and when I press "renew" I come to the website where I can buy a version butI have already paid via credit card.

So I tried to do this but I can't upload the screenshot (114kB??) and I can't reply on the mail with an appendix because I get the answer from No Reply that my mail couldn't be identified properly. So I try this:
