I have been trying without success to open my AVG Internet Security icon on my screen. Nothing happens. I have tried opening as Administrator still nothing. Yesterday I  noticed that that there was a small blank screen on my computer and that the AVG Internet Security icon was showing at the bottom of my computer. Can someone tell tell me what is wrong with the software

I have done this and restarted computer and it still does not open after clicking AVG Internet Security.
What do you suggest now?
