Thanks for reaching us via social media.

It seems that the activation is not completed in AVG program to resolve the issues.

As we're advised not to post your activation code in public forum, I have sent an email regarding it.

Please check and follow the instructions to activate the paid subscription and unlock the paid features.

I recently subscribed to 2 year contract with your product. Whenever I bring up the program to scan my computer, I get asked to buy more products. Is not the package I purchased enough to secure and clean-up my computer? I am confused as to what AVG is suppose to do. Please send more information about the product I have installed.
