Here are the activation steps : Open AVG - Menu - Enter activation code.
If your daughter has followed the above steps, share us the screenshot of the screen that she receive for better clarity.

I bought the sw for my daughter who stays in Ireland
When my daughter launchs AVG Internet Security the screen of the pc remains white. She cannot arrive to insert the activation code. She has a new pc: ASUS E210M, intel celerion N4020, windows 10.

ok I'm waiting the screenshot from my daughter and than I'll send it to you; anyway I can anticipate that the screnn is complitely white. In other words she doesen't arrive to the page wher she can introduce the code.
