You have an active license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer). Please note that it can be installed on one Windows device only. It is not compatible with Mac device.

I am very surprised at this as previously not informed that Internet Security (1computer) incompatible
with my Macbook Air laptop! Therefore please can you process a full refund for AVG Internet Security and use the subscription I've paid for my Mac.

Please also email me simple steps to install and activate the license on my Mac.

Email states my subscription has been automatically renewed and I have been charged. Does this mean it has been activated on my Macbook Air? License Nr is included in email. Instructions for Activation so involved & complicated keep taking me back to square one!!!
