AVG Internet security

Hi Les,
We regret the inconvenience caused and to check with the issue we need to remove the AVG traces. To remove the AVG traces please run the below AVG tools.
AVG clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe
1.Open tool
2.User Account control - click "Yes"
3.Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compatibility)
4.Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
5.Click "Uninstall"
6.Click "Restart computer"
AVG remover tool: http://files-download.avg.com/util/tools/AVG_Remover.exe

After these steps please restart the PC and follow the below link to install the AVG Ultimate.

I have AVG loaded on 2 PCs, on trying to open internet security on the master PC I get the message UI failed to load and I am unable to run a scan.
The secondary PC is however fine.
Any Ideas?
