I have recently paid for a One-month subscription of AVG Internet Security and it has already been charged to my bank account…but it says on my avg account that I haven't brought it nor did it give me any instructions on how to activate it…there was no help at all! I never even received a confirmation. I also tried to ask for help through live chat, but their response was as if a robot was replying. They weren't giving me a clear answer. Does anyone know how else I can fix this? Maybe I'm not doing something right on my side…but I'm lost as to what I can do???
