Dear Sir,
We have had our current Security product since 2015 & is valid until 2017, for two computer's. This last few weeks it has started stating that it is not valid? when I enter the License number in it comes up as all ok. Then a day or so later it goes down again.
I have tried to delete it from the computer several times but it comes up that there is a fault & does not delete from the computer so am not getting anywhere with it & are still unprotected.
It would be appreciated if advise could be given as to how to solve this problem.
