Hi, I was running a scan and a notification popped up for a free trial of AVG internet security. I decided to do this and put into my bank details, thinking I could cancel after a few weeks. I cannot find an option anywhere to cancel this. When I login to my account it says I have no subscriptions, but when I open up AVG on my laptop it says I have an subscription to AVG Internet Security and the trial will expire in 40 days. I have contacted the help desk and they just said I have no subscriptions, even though I have put in my bank details. Any ideas how I cancel this?

I have sent an email requesting additional information to locate the subscription and cancel the auto-renewal.
