Received email earlier today stating that my refund had been put back into my checking account on 11/03/2016. As I did not give authority to anyone to access my account that is not possible. I submitted a check when I paid for the product and no check for the refund has been issued. Please supply a copy of the endorsed check for the refund or other documentation showing a refund was actually issued. I paid by check and expected a refund check in return. Where is it? Please take care of this matter.

Since you had mentioned that your amount hasn't credited to your account, in this case we would request you to contact your bank regarding this transaction. We keep you informed that we don't have the option to issue amount in cheque. The amount have already been directly credited to your payment card which you used at the time of purchase.
