Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate. In this regad, we'd suggest you to try repairing the AVG program once to check if it helps. Regarding the delay of system tray icon reporting the status, we'd like to clarify that it is the usual behavior. Reason being, it requires some time for all the services to load on your computer at startup.
When I go to the Menu page I get the following message : - "The Online content is unavailable.
Please check Inernet connection and try again".
Well my internet connection is ok and working.
Also on the Hidden Icons pop up it takes a long time after startup to show, and it doesn't show "you are Protected" which until recently it did. Can I do anything?
