Hello Kent,
I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Internet Security unlimited in your PC. Please follow below steps to get it activated in your PC:
1. Please open AVG Internet Security and click on 'My AVG' icon at top right corner of it.
2. Then click on 'My Subscriptions' icon in it. If you find your old license number there, please click on 'Remove license'.
3. Otherwise, if you find your email address there, then click on 'Log out' option.
4. Please follow the 2nd and 3rd steps until you encounter 'Log in' option. Once you encounter 'Log in' option, please click on it and enter your AVG My Account username and password and complete the activation process.

Hi, 

 I have pay the order at few day ago Order Confirmation (Order #11803116072), But I can't find it "Open the “Connect” menu, then click “Log in to existing account” in the menu bar,  I can't still active  the AVG product.
Pls kindly help me for fix it, many Thanks
