Yesterday, I opted to buy AVG Internet Security for $29.99 after several years of the trial version. I received the email confirmation but no key and when I logged in, the page said I hadn't bought any product. I spoke with someone who said my order and payment had gone through but was told it takes up to 24 hours. Okay, it has been 24 hours and I still have nothing. When I first tried the trial version, I used my old email and yesterday, I used my new email and wondered if the trial version was connected to my old email and that was the problem, however, when I just read the AVG Support Community page, several people are having the same issues I'm having. After just speaking with another rep who told me that the two emails were not an issue and promised to give my case first priority and would let me know something within FIVE days, I've gotta tell you, I'm pretty much over it and ready to contact my credit card company and get my money back. It really shouldn't be this difficult! I'm wondering whether to save myself the trouble and cancel now. WDYT?
