Hello Hendrik,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
You should have installed the "AVG ZEN" program already on your PC and that is the reason you are getting incompatible message when you try to install the AVG program for which you have purchased the license.
The reason is AVG Zen is the newly introduced product and Zen is the interface for the Multidevice products of AVG.
The other products of AVG will use the license number for activation whereas this Zen program doesn't have a license number and it's activation is only by entering the AVG my account credentials.
So in order to install your AVG program that uses the license number you have to remove the Zen installed using the AVG remover tool as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 .

I can not install AVG internet security because I get the message that there is already an AVG incompatible
