Despite I have the Protection from AVG and use the VPN my Internet provider Telekom  refused to open my email account the second time with the written reason my account has probably been hacked and I had/have difficulties to legitimate myself with the self deposited and the given codes.

May be it is only the system from Telekom which fails, but may be it is also a lack from the AVG system.
