This isn’t expected behavior. We’ll work through fixing this together. Please uninstall the current AVG from the control panel and install http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection the latest version to check the status.
If the issue persists, then we need to collect logs and escalate the case to the senior team.
I've Full protection, and again the HACKER Attacks portion of the full protection was off and had to be turned on. Did a repair and scanned my tower. the AVG would not shut down when the scanning was completed, so had to repair it again. Why is this happening.
