Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have installed AVG Zen in your pc but you have purchased AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp. To install the legacy products we request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc and the install AVG back in your pc to get your issue fixed.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

Hello
I recently upgraded my AVG installation using latest installation files from your website. However, upon installation, AVG Internet Security now shows up as AVG Protection in Programs list and the icon on desktop too shows AVG Protection.

I have AVG PCTuneUp license too. AVG PCTuneUP completely shuts off AVG Internet security installation and now am without any protection. Need technical help ASAP.

I have tried chat option several times, but gave up after waiting half an hour each time support query was logged. Can any senior member from AVG Technical Staff answer my query?

To install AVG PC TuneUp 2016 in your pc please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe
Also the license number have been sent to your registered email id.
