I have installed AVG Internet Security on my HP Notebook with windows 10. .I also have AVG VPN. installed.

When i go to the Menu of AVG Internet Security it gives the following message " The Online content is unavailable. Please, check your internet connection and try again. The menu works ok but shows that it is not online

.However when i get above message  I  am connected to the internet with no trouble & i can access any website i chose…I am worried that my computer has been compromised. Please advice how to get my AVG Internet Security MENU to get connected to the internet.

Hi Ruvan,

This shouldn't be due to any infection as it is appearing only on AVG program interface.
Could you please provide the screenshot of AVG window where you see the message as "online content is unavailable"?
You can post the screenshot by clicking on 'Image' symbol from 'Answer' field.
