What happens when you manually turn ON Firewall and Email Shield? Are you getting any error message?
We request you to use our AVG clear tool to remove the AVG program and its traces and then reinstall the AVG Internet Security program and check with the issue.

If I manually try to turn on firewall and e-mail shield, AVG requires a PC restart, but after restart is the same without error messages.
Now I've uninstalled AVG using the AVG clear tool and then reinstall the AVG Internet Security program. The situation is a bit different. Only the e-mail shield is off, but it can be turned on manually and everything is OK but only until the next PC start. Then the e-mail shield is turned off again. And so on. I'm sending screenshots,
I do not know what to do next.

After installing AVG Internet Security on PC with WinXP Pro SP3, AVG wants to restart the computer to allow all my features, but it is still the same after restarting. I used AVG Remover and a new installation, but it did not help.
