I am running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1. AVG Internet Security wont update.
I uninstalled internet security. I reinstalled internet security. The thing still doesn't update. Virus definitions are two months old.
You guys probably need to pay your programmers better so they will stay longer. Obviously with all the problems you've had in the last few months, you've got all new programmers.
If I hadn't paid for this in advance, I would have already left. Believe me, I wont be continuing once this subscription runs out. I have had nothing but trouble since you guys got "Better".
When I uninstalled internet security it wiped out my Ethernet adapter settings. I downloaded the whole 283 meg file and installed from there because I kept getting an error at 73% installation. It said I needed an internet connection to install. How did it think I got the 3.47 meg installation file?
All of your help screens don't look anything like the version I have so all of that help is worthless to me. Lets see if you can get a little better at this.
