Having attempted to download PDF Professional. AVG stops the download as is is categorised as URL: Blacklist? - I Contacted PDF Support - they advised me to temporarily disable AVG Antivirus and Firewall protection on my computer due to an error in the Chart Installer program, do the following:

  1. Right-click the AVG icon in the System Tray. This is located in the lower-right corner of the desktop. The icon looks like a square with different colored quadrants. AVG icon If you do not see the icon, click the arrow button at the edge of the System Tray to expand the Tray and display all the icons.
  2. Click Temporarily disable AVG protection.
  3. Choose how long you want the protection to be disabled and whether to disable the firewall as well.
  4. Click OK.
I cannot locate Temporarily disable AVG protection.

The information above was of no help, so i contacted a colleague who instructed me to:
1. Lower right of the screen - hover the cursor over the icon - a pop up message displays.
    "AVG Internet Security You are protected"
2. Right Clic on the AVG Icon and a pop up box displays two buttons, top one displays (OPEN)  
    lower one displays (Run Scan)  IGNORE/ do not touch either!!
    At at the bottom are the words Protection is ON  to the right is a green button with a black tick
3, Clic on the Green Button and a Drop down box displays (top left) AVG Component stop 
    (top centre)  Are you sure you want to stop all shields?
An attempt has been made to turn off a Key AVG module (all Shields). This may be a 
Legitimate Action, but could also be the result of a malware attack.
two boxes are displayed [Green OK, STOP] and [Black Cancel]
bottom line reads:(Select Cancel unless you are performing the action intentionally)
4. Clic [Green OK, STOP]
Now i was able to download the PDF File
following the completion of the download I turned on the AVG Security
