I have successfully changed my card number for payments for the security you provide for my computer.  You are currently requesting payment for my Internet Security which falls due in December.  On 12 August I paid, in response to a special two year offer, €136.15 that was deducted from my account.  I am resident in Spain and this latest request for payment has come from the UK I believe.
I would be grateful if you could liaise with your colleagues in Spain and ensure that I not being billed twice for the same product.  Thank you.  Anthony Garnett.
