AVG Products are categorized into two types which are Legacy and GMS. Legacy products like AVG Antivirus , AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tune Up can be activated using the license number (creating and activating AVG My Account is optional) and can be activated in particular number of devices it is purchased for .GMS products like AVG Protection, AVG Performance and AVG Ultimate can be installed in n number of devices using AVG ZEN network and creating and activating AVG My Account is mandatory since these products are activated using your AVG My Account credentials. We always recommend to every customer to upgarde AVG Internet Security(standard version) to Multiple subscription for more beneficial.
