The option menu can be found on AVG program version available for Windows PC.
On Mac, you can click on 'computer' component on AVG Internet Security program window and access Quarantine.

I am trying to find a menu when I open this, in order to access quarantine, but all I get is a login at he top, basic and full protection , and am told I have full protection.
I am trying to resolve an issue with a false-positive detection of CleanMyMac and I need to reach quarantine.
