Hi Ian,

Last computer scan in the AVG user interface only displays the scan that was run manually by clicking on "Scan Computer" floating button. The last computer scan won't update the date of scan that was run automatically using schedule scan option.

Please let us know if you ran a manual scan or the scheduled scan to check and assist you further.

Hi,
No, it started automatically when I opened the interface the first time. I manually ran a deep scan the second.
I have just done another by clicking the button and it has now changed.

Hi,
my opening screen says my last scan was 2 months ago, even though I know the whole computer scan has run twice in the last 2 days. Any reason for this?

Did you run both these scans by clicking on "Scan Computer" from the main interface of AVG?

Yes, last computer scan date will get changed only if you perform manual scan by clicking on "Scan Computer" option.
