I opened the AVG program, but I don't see any steps to follow. in any mail.

To activate : Open AVG - My AVG (at top right) - My subscriptions - Login to AVG account using the same email address that you've used to reach us.

I use AVG Internet Security for a long time.
But now I got a notice that it will expire in 2 days, or I have to pay.
But on 12 november 2017 I paid for 2 years.
So about 6 months to go.
Can you help me with this problem and fix it for me?

I downloaded the exe file from my subscription page and reinstalled it.
On my computer it is working fine again and I have still 220 days to go.
But on the subscription page it is still not available.
Very strange.

OK, I am loggeed in to my AVG account.
What is the next steP?
It isn't required to reinstall the program as the initial troubleshooting, Alex.
If required, let us reinstall it later after trying few steps.

Somehow I have a free trial on my computer.
So I can not use the activationcode.
Can you please sent me a working exe file, so I can reinstall the program.

That code is the same for all my AVG products.
Internet security is working properly again after I reinstalled it.
As you can read in the above dicussion.
So I think we can close this issue.
