Amanda, ASUS tablet… What is the operating system?.. AVG Internet Security only works with Windows.

I have tried numerous times to install AVG internet security on my ASUS tablet and keep getting an error message. I searched the error message and have used the remover tools as suggested but it still doesn't work. The technical support is not available so can anyone help please?
