I am sorry to hear that. Please let us know the version of AVG installed in your computer and also run AVG repair(avgclick.me/RepairAVG) from your computer control panel and check if that fix the issue. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
I am sorry but I am unhappy and discontent with your new product AVG. As I said, I did install version AVG Protection and was working well. Again today you upgraded automatically with AVG Internet Security for a second time. Now my computer is not working well. And also running AVG repair (avgclick.me/RepairAVG) from my computer control I cannot fix the problem. I still face the same difficulties. I don't want this upgrade that stop many functions of the computer. Also AVG Internet Security I did find again.the MENU with LIST OF CHOICES doesn't work. Many choices don't work at all as the pictures I sent before , you may see above. I again uninstalled AVG Internet Security and replaced with AVG Protection (AVG_Antivirus_ITAD.exe) version 16.151.8013 and now is working. If again the AVG company is going to make this bloody upgrade, I will uninstall it and I wil ask the refund of money paied for 2 years of licence. As a Journalist, I suggest to report the case to your senior team. In the mean time, I am prepared to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus if you upgrade again with AVG Internet Security full of bugs. I think you are loosing a lot of customers.
I rermove AVG Internet Security and I have installed AVG Protection and now everything is working. Regards.
