Hello Michael,
I am sorry to hear about this. Please be informed that you need to reactivate AVG Internet Security with new license number after renewing it. Hence, to activate AVG Internet Security, please open AVG->Antivirus->Menu->About->Select 'Subscriptions' tab in left top corner->Click on “Enter license” ->Fill the license number and click “ ENTER LICENSE”->Update will start automatically. Then AVG Internet Security will get activated in your PC.

I have the above on my PC which expired on 9/5/17. AVG renewed automatically, but I had to reinstall Win 10 and since then I have not been able to get AVG to show the new subscription, still shows 9/5/17. It is logged onto my account. What can I do?
