I purchased Unlimited Internet Security in November last year but on my 3 devices I have 3 problems ie. Firewall driver not found, online shield not active and email scanner not fully functional. How do I fix this? Also do I have to also purchase a tuner to to keep up to date?

We regret for the inconvenience caused. We confirmed that the issue which you are currently experiencing is caused by recent updates of AVG. No need to worry We would request you to remove previously installed AVG program traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security.
Note:If you have installed any other Antivirus programs like AVAST, NORTON, MCAFEE or KASPERSKY, Please uninstall it first to avoid conflicts when installing AVG.
