Many thanks for your help Jan. I have renewed this afternoon and everything has worked smoothly so my AVG protection is running to 19/3/2016. Mind you logging in at the correct place o respond to you stumped this nearly 65 year old until he spotted the login to the left of the screen. Doh! Thanks again.
I currently have a license for 4 computers which came with the laptop 2 years ago and I renewed last year not realising the agreement was for 4 computers. I only run the one laptop so on renewal want to swicth to the cheaper 1 computer license. Auto renewal does not give me the option to change from 4 to 1. How do I go about changing and ensuring Ihave the same protection?
