Hi,

I am having the same problem with AVG Internet Security. After a couple of days from installation, the program shows that I am not covered by anything except emails. This has been the same on all five of my computers and was installed correctly as I had the same program, AVG Internet Security for a few years up until I purchased AVG Ultimate, which presented the same problem. I found that I had been unprotected for several days and installed the free version of Norton Security, which found several viruses.

I am very surprised with AVG as I have always used AVG products but as this product is not fit for purpose, I would appreciate a refund of the money I paid in December 2014 for AVG Ultimate, which carried from my license expiration in April 2015. I appreciate that it is over the 30 days but I couldn't use AVG Ultimate until my license expired in April, after which, I started having these problems.

Your support have reinstalled AVG Ultimate and after two days, the problem returned. I was then offered AVG Internet Security, which I had previously, but that had the same problem, leaving my five computers open to attack for days until they were checked.

As this product is not working correctly, I would appreciate a full refund for the problems caused by having to reinstall Internet Security every time it stopped working.

The program was installed correctly, and working but when I went to do a scan about 5 days later, this is what I found so I could have been at risk for this period. The 'Fix Now' button did not fix it. Once again, all was installed correctly and working. How could this happen when I had no problems with previous AVG products?

I don't wish to have this installed on my computer and have removed it so please refund my money as this product is not fit for purpose and will inform all my friends about the risk.

Regards,
