No, it is not working as it still shows "there are no active compoents| with "an error occured when saving the confirguration". I am fed with this. Could you please make to refund the money to me? I am unable to carry on with this agony any more.

When I open AVG, it shows "there are no active components" and I want to update and scan the system, a msg appears as"an error occurred when saving he configuration. Connection is off line.| Due to this the system remain uprotected. My license is valid thru 6/10/16. Suggest to plug the loop hole.

Since all methods suggested by you failed, I now request you to resolve the issue thru by remotely connecting my computer via a secure connection. My OS is 32 bit.
