AVG Internet security

Hi all,
I unfortunatly have AVG Internet security (paid version) installed on all my computers in my office.  
Over the weekend the automatic update to AVG bloatware happened. I have a mixture of Win 7 and Win 10 on my network and now not able to communicate between the machines any more. First thing I noticed was not being able to access my network printers. Had to reinstall my printers.
Contacted support to be told the problem is with the operating system on my Win 7 machine and it is not a result of the update.  I need to speak with Toshiba to resolve the problem. Currently trying to uninstall and get my network access back.
Maybe someone from support might need to look at the issues, I am sure I am not the only one having issues.
