I have checked your account, you have AVG Ultimate valid until 7/19/2019. It could be possible if the program is not activated properly. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Login and Enter your Myaccount credentials > click OK to reactivate the program.
If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the AVG Dashboard to check and assist further.

Today my AVG internet Security was just operating on Basic protection, and not Full protection. I had to repair it again. Can someone tell me why it does this please.
