We can certainly take a look into this. Could you share a screenshot of the AVG Internet Security user interface to proceed further?

Can anyone please help.
My problem is that I can not access the avg internet security. The screen appears with lots of scrambled letters across the top. The only legible words being "missing string" and in the centre YOUR PROTECTED. It will not let me delete this screen.

Uninstall ok.
Reinstalled with some difficulty, but everything is now working ok,
Once gain many thanks.
